This site uses no contact forms, no analytics or profiling tools, and loads no resources from third-party servers: fonts and images are hosted on our own infrastructure.

The only processing concerns the technical data any server records in order to operate: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type and operating system.

If you write to the email address shown on the site, we process the data contained in your message in order to reply.

• Technical browsing data. Ensuring the operation and security of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Data contained in emails. Responding to enquiries received. Legal basis: legitimate interest, or steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Technical data is retained for the period set by the standard configuration of the infrastructure, and in any case for as long as necessary for security purposes. Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any subsequent dealings.

The site is hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, in data centres located within the European Union. The provider acts as a data processor. We do not disclose the data and do not transfer it to third parties for their own purposes.

This site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party cookies.

You may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of the data concerning you, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@thenexthing.tech. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
