The platform

Tropos.

The platform behind the service.

Tropos orchestrates a set of specialised agents, each assigned to one function of the process: research, content selection, analysis, simulation, drafting. The agents are not operated directly. They read from and write to a shared knowledge base, which is both their working field and the record of what they used.

How it is built

Four components.

Knowledge base

The documents provided become a structured, interlinked body of material, immutable during processing.

Agent pipeline

Each stage is handled by a dedicated agent with a narrow task and a checkable output.

Human control points

Content selection at the start and deliverable review at the end are handled by our professionals.

Deliverables

Structured documentation and readable reports, with references to the sources.

Infrastructure and data governance

Built for data that cannot leave.

Tropos runs in a dedicated cloud project, with no commingling with other projects, data or infrastructure, ours or anyone else's.

All processing and storage takes place exclusively within the European Union.
Models called under zero data retention: inputs and outputs are not kept by providers.
Content provided is never used for training, fine-tuning or model improvement.
Encrypted disks and backups, no network ports exposed to the outside world.
Named access, multi-factor authentication, and the principle of least privilege.
At the end of the engagement, data, source files and backups are returned or deleted.

The perimeter

Where it stops.

Tropos is built to do one thing well. Its perimeter is defined, and that is part of what makes it dependable.

It is a professional instrument, operated by our specialists throughout the process.
It works on the material provided. Public-source research is brought in where it adds value to the work.
It returns scenarios, not decisions. The choice stays with whoever carries the responsibility for it.
